Jiu Jitsu - Jiu Jitsu Instructors Matt Nore & Victoria Carney will provide Jiu Jitsu instruction for adults 16yrs and up. Jiu Jitsu is a fun sport that welcomes everyone, regardless of skill level. The sport helps to build a tight-knit community, while teaching self-defense, patience, humility, discipline and problem solving skills.
