WATER AEROBICS
  • DAYS: MONDAY + WEDNESDAY + FRIDAY
  • TIME: 11:00AM - 12:00PM
  • LOCATION: SWIMMING POOL
  • FEE: Daily drop-in fee, punch card, pass
  • AGES: 18 years and older
  • ATTIRE: Swimsuits

ARTHRITIS CLASS
  • DAYS: MONDAY + WEDNESDAY + FRIDAY
  • TIME: 12:00PM - 1:00PM
  • LOCATION: SWIMMING POOL
  • FEE: Daily drop-in fee, punch card, pass
  • AGES: 18 years and older
  • ATTIRE: Swimsuits

FAMILY SWIM
  • THURSDAYS: 11:00am-1:00pm
  • SATURDAYS: 9:00am-11:00am
  • LOCATION: Swimming Pool
  • Parents must swim with their kids, age 6 months and up
  • Family swim is a family focused swim that requires parents to swim with their children.
  • FEE: $5 drop in fee, $3 for youth, free for kiddos 6 and under
  • Sign in at the front desk prior to participating
  • Do not bring outside toys or floatation devices

OPEN SWIM
  • DAYS: MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS
  • TIME: 6:00-7:00 PM
  • LOCATION: SWIMMING POOL
  • FEE: Daily drop-in fee, punch card, pass
  • FEE: Children 6 years old and under attend free
  • AGES: Children 6 years old and under must be accompanied by a guardian 14 years old or older
  • Patrons must be familiar with the lobby, pool, and locker room rules

TOT SWIM
  • DAYS: MONDAYS + WEDNESDAYS + FRIDAYS
  • TIME: 11:00AM - 1:00PM
  • DAYS: TUESDAYS
  • TIME: 6:00PM-7:00PM
  • LOCATION: SWIMMING POOL
  • FEE: Daily drop-in fee, punch card, pass
  • FEE: Children 6 years old and under attend free
  • AGES: Children ages 5 and under - all children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Patrons must be familiar with the lobby, pool, and locker room rules

LAP SWIM
  • DAYS: MONDAYS + WEDNESDAYS + FRIDAYS
  • TIME: 6:00AM -7:30AM
  • DAYS: TUESDAYS
  • TIME: 6:00PM-7:00PM
  • DAYS: SATURDAYS
  • TIME: 9:00AM-11:00AM
  • LOCATION: SWIMMING POOL
  • FEE: Daily drop-in fee, punch card, pass
  • Patrons may need to circle swim/share lanes based on attendance
  • Patrons must be familiar with the lobby, pool, and locker room rules

DEEP END TEST REQUIREMENTS
  • Deep End Test Requirements
  • • 1 minute treading water
  • • 30 seconds floating on back
  • • 50-yard swim (no doggy paddling)
  • This test helps ensure swimmers have the endurance and confidence to safely move between the shallow and deep ends without needing to hold onto the midline or pool edge.
  • Passing the test remains at the lifeguard’s discretion
  • If a swimmer does not pass, lifeguards will provide helpful feedback on skills to improve
  • If a previously approved swimmer shows signs of fatigue or struggle, lifeguards may direct them back to the shallow end for safety
  • Safety decisions will always be made in the moment by our trained staff

YOUTH SWIM LESSONS
  • DATES: May 5 - 21
  • DAYS: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • AGE & TIME: 4-8 year olds 4:00-4:30pm
  • AGE & TIME: 9-14 year olds 4:30-5:00pm
  • PRICE: $100
  • For youth swim lessons, children will be assessed and placed in the skill-level lane most appropriate for them.

ADULT SWIM LESSONS
  • DATES: May 9 - 23
  • DAYS: Saturdays
  • AGE: 18 years and older
  • TIME: 8:30am-9:30am
  • PRICE: $100 for full lessons
  • PRICE: $25 per lesson
  • Instructor: Nikolai Siekawitch
  • Drop-in or register at www.wrangellrec.com
  • Adults must be able to successfully pass the deep end test in order to participate
  • Deep end test:
  • 1 minute treading water
  • 30 seconds floating on back
  • 50-yard swim
