Adult Recreation and Aquatics - Arthritis Class As children and teenagers, many of us had the experience of participating in recreational sports leagues including baseball, softball and basketball. Not only were they a good place to bond with our friends (and make new ones), they also got us moving and helped foster a competitive – and cooperative – spirit. Yet as adults, a lot of people don’t tend to consider sports as a feasible hobby; between work hours and family activities, there just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day. However, recreational sports have multiple benefits for adults, just as they do for kids and teens – in fact, adults are likely much more in need of the physical and psychological boosts that playing rec league sports can provide.Find current adult recreation activities, below. If you're interested in volunteering your time to host a one-time activity, or an on-going program, let us know by calling 907-874-2444.

Adult Recreation and Aquatics - Water Aerobics As children and teenagers, many of us had the experience of participating in recreational sports leagues including baseball, softball and basketball.

Adult Recreation and Aquatics - Zumba As children and teenagers, many of us had the experience of participating in recreational sports leagues including baseball, softball and basketball.
