POOL PARTY GUIDELINES
Pool Parties provide a fun and engaging way for groups to enjoy the pool while maintaining a safe and organized environment for all participants.
Purpose
Pool Parties are designed to offer a structured recreational swim experience for private groups. To ensure safety and enjoyment, all parties must follow facility rules, capacity limits, and staff direction.
Reservations & Scheduling
- Pool Parties must be reserved one week in advance and are subject to pool and lifeguard availability.
- A completed reservation form and required fees must be submitted prior to the event.
- Party times include setup and cleanup; activities must end promptly at the scheduled time.
Supervision & Safety
- Lifeguards are provided and must be followed at all times.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the active supervision of children attending the party.
- Lifeguards are responsible for pool safety only and do not provide child supervision.
Pool Use & Conduct
- Pool use is limited to the designated party area and scheduled time.
- All participants must follow posted pool rules and staff instructions.
- Running, rough play, and unsafe behavior are not permitted.
Attire & Health Requirements
- Proper swim attire is required for all swimmers.
- Swim diapers are required for children who are not fully potty trained.
- Participants who are ill or have open wounds may not enter the pool.
Food, Decorations & Personal Items
- If you choose to give away goodie bags, please do so as party-goers leave the facility. We do not allow food/drink on deck or in the lobby area.
- Glass containers are not allowed anywhere in the facility.
- Hosts are responsible for keeping party areas orderly.
Facility Expectations
- Party groups are expected to respect the facility, staff, and other patrons.
- Any damage or excessive cleanup may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional fees.
Pool Parties are a great way to celebrate while enjoying the pool in a safe, structured setting. Aquatics staff are available to answer questions, assist with logistics, and provide guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
