Wrangell P&R trains its aquatics staff to the standards set by Jeff Ellis and Associates. Our Instructors have different specialties that help us reach varying levels of skill through private lessons. All of our Swim Instructors possess a base level of training and are able to competently swim the strokes they teach to participants.
Instructors have varying levels of availability along with the pool schedule. If you are interested in obtaining private swim lessons for your child please contact P&R to discuss the goals and desired outcome for your swimmer, along with the best days and times to work with us. Each swimmer will undergo a short assessment (free) to help instructors understand the current skill level and need for their personalized lessons.
